Nick Lapham has over 30 years business experience, half 
with a Fortune 200 consumer products company, where he directed the successful launch of joint ventures in Korea, and subsequently initiated the acquisition of its largest competitor; and, in Japan, where he negotiated all of the related joint venture agreements, while simultaneously directing the successful launch of a major U.S. consumer brand.

Nick also has fourteen years experience in start-ups, from co-founding the first nationally distributed environmental magazine in 1971, to publishing the most extensive catalog of instructional and educational videos in the country, and turning around and selling a chain of coffee stores in the Northwest.
